Primus “Pork Soda” CD

• Primus' 1993 studio album.
• Includes "My Name Is Mud," "DMV" and "Mr. Krinkle."
• Percussive bass, jagged guitar textures and intricate rhythms frame Les Claypool's storytelling.

For fans of: Mr. Bungle, The Residents, Faith No More

Pork Soda builds a strange, tactile world from bass figures that seem to chatter, scrape and lurch beneath the songs. Larry LaLonde's guitar adds sharp colors around Les Claypool's eccentric vocals, while the drums make the shifting patterns feel tightly connected. The album's dark humor and restless instrumental detail reward attention beyond its immediately recognizable singles.
