The Queers “Don't Back Down” - TAPE

• Hey Suburbia cassette edition of the 1996 album.
• Pairs the Queers’ Ramones-inspired punk with surf-pop melodies.
• Includes Punk Rock Girls, I Only Drink Budweiser, and the Beach Boys title-track cover.

For fans of: Screeching Weasel, The Mr. T Experience, Ramones

Don’t Back Down balances fast, scrappy punk with the Queers’ love of beach-pop harmonies and sugary hooks. Joe Queer’s songs keep the guitars direct and the choruses immediate, making this one of the clearest expressions of the band’s pop side. Presented here on cassette.
