Blue vinyl pressing of Fugazi’s first full-length album, originally released in 1990.
Includes “Turnover,” “Repeater,” “Merchandise,” “Blueprint,” and “Shut the Door.”
Ian MacKaye and Guy Picciotto trade vocals and guitar lines over Joe Lally’s bass and Brendan Canty’s drums.
For fans of: Rites of Spring, Jawbox, Unwound
Repeater locks Fugazi’s punk urgency into bass-driven grooves, tangled guitars, and sudden changes of direction. MacKaye and Picciotto challenge consumer culture and complacency while the rhythm section gives the songs a powerful sense of movement. The riffs hit hard, but the space between them matters just as much. A defining record in the band’s catalog.
